For anyone experiencing apps crashing due to the latest update to your phone recently, it seems that the issue originates from Google. Samsung is working for them. Until then the workaround is to;

Go to Settings > Apps > Search Webview > Tab of Android System Webview > Tap the vertical dots on the top right corner > choose uninstall updates.

Once uninstalled, restart your device and you should have this problem anymore.

It says "all data will be removed ". what are the data referred to?

I didn't receive that notification. I have not noticed any data missing though

The data is the Android System Webview's data cache, it is not important and you can safely clean it for this system service

I did it anyway. No problem. I think it was referring to data generated with the latest updates.
Problem of apps (Google search etc) closing are overcome after reverting to the previous version.
Many thanks.
