April Security Patch , Settings stopped working

All Settings - Or just one of the QS Tiles for Night Mode? & @glider
After I applied the April Security Patch OTA - Once it finished updating - I powered Off & Booted into Recovery & Wiped Cache - No issues with Settings...
There is however one of Night Mode QS Tiles that will Crash - Just edit your QS and move the one that Crashes out of the QS Tiles 🐧

I had 2 night modes tiles. deleted both now it works. thanks

two step fix ,step 1 Toss Samsung phone in garbage bin ,step 2 purchase iPhone.

I believe this update is universally bugged. I really wonder why a 2+ months delay for such a pathetic update
