hi, yes the S24 ultra is great a pocket computer .., but a S24 ultra at $ 750 if it is a bargain from someone who sells you his used one it is good ... provided that it is impeccable and make sure that it is not attached to a telephone contract ...., and be very careful not to come across a copy because unfortunately the high-end Samsung are very copied especially the S24 and S23 especially the ultra models at 512g and 1tb ..., to be sure look on youtube there are a lot of tutorials to know how to recognize a copy of Samsung and be careful because some people even make fake Samsung invoices ... especially check the IMEI in three places, on the invoice the box and in the device, if one is not identical it is probably a fake .... good luck. thank you
Yes, very reasonable provided what I mentioned above is ok..., here in Quebec in the classifieds an S24 ultra at $750 is almost certainly a phone with problems or a fake...🤷, I paid mine $1400 from a reliable reseller.

Best to ALWAYS check in person if you can. If online, ask for a full video step by step to check Settings from the main screen for all the above. Especially booting into safe mode or whatever it's called to see the root system information. Ask for a receipt as well to confirm the SN matches.
