Pre-ordered mine on 2/1 @ 2:15PM still waiting in preparing dispatch since 2/7. Getting no reasonable answers from samsung support.

From what I saw in other threads. All the exclusive colours are in "customizing" stage now. Should be shipping soon. If you ordered a regular colour. I'd call Samsung and see whats going on!

There is no method or algorithm. A bunch of us got our exclusive colors in less than 2 weeks, including mine.

Just be patient. You won't get a credible answer.

yes, i ordered cream color on Feb 1. It said start shipping on Feb 8.

just got a call from Fedex , will be delivered tomorrow. Didn't expect that quick. 😄
