Phones typically get a bit hot after an update as the device is essentially "rebuilding" the phone with each update - patching files, replacing old ones, squashing bugs left from the last update - all of which is making your processor work extra hard, leading to more heat generation.
I would suggest keeping your device somewhere nice and cool (an air conditioned room, if possible) to reduce the heat and prevent your device from getting damaged.
its been week now after my phone update.. until now the device still hot even there is no apps running.. and I almost deep sleep all apps installed, I dnt believe its because its still rebuilding updates. its there any issue with the e-sim that causing the device hot?
