I find my emails stored on my phone are being auto deleted after a short period of time. Is there a setting I can adjust so they stay for 60 or 90 days?

Which email app are you using?

Gmail doesn't auto-delete anything for me, FYI.

If you're using Samsung's email, you may want to check your Settings in Samsung's email app.

Thank you. I don't like the Gmail format at all and despite having it I rarely use my Gmail email, lol lol

Hi, to adjust the settings for how long your Outlook emails are kept on your phone. The settings might vary slightly depending on your phone's operating system and the version of Outlook app you are using.

Open Outlook app on your device > Select "settings" (gear icon) > Tap on "Accounts" and select your Outlook account. Look for "sync settings" or a similar option > Find the "Mail Sync period" or "Sync email" settings and set it to your preferred time period.

Thank you.
