Hi Samsung Community Member,

I have 2 question to ask:

First, Does our S23 have a function auto cut off when its fully charged?

Second is, does the wireless charger samsung have the feature auto off when the device fully charged?

You can set the battery full charge at 85% to protect the battery.

Battery protect feature is available so it cut offs at 85% to retain ur battery life in the long run. Same goes to wireless. As long ur using all of Samsung original products for charging there should be no problem
