background perspective

you know like when you put a picture as a wallpaper its use to ask "perspective" so when you move your device the wallpaper is moving to

when you pick a photo from your gallery, there is a check box for motion photo. Then you will have the parallax effect

yes the check box was there but now it's not there anymore

Mine went away too. Looks like TouchWiz turned off somehow during an update of some kind, solution was to re-enable it as the default homescreen app. go to settings, apps, the menu at the top right to default apps, and then select homescreen, and then re-enable TouchWiz. Now when you go to add a wallpaper the option should be there again
