If it don't work, clear cache and data from Device Care and restart the device

Galaxy SHi Sam007, let us try running an inspection on your device. Please open the Samsung members app which is already installed on your device >> Tap on Get help >> Interactive checks >> Battery. Please get back to us with the results. And, If the battery is consumed continuously for a long period of time, it may be another factor, so please check the following additionally. Settings > Battery and device care> Battery > More battery settings>Turn Adaptive battery on.
