Battery exchange

Hello Samsung members. Yesterday i went to The Gardens Samsung Service Centre to replace my S10 Lite phone battery. The process took 3 and half hour. After i pickup my phone i noticed that my phone battery at that time was 5%. I was left confused because if its a new battery isn't it should at least have 30-50% battery in it?(please correct me if im wrong) As i charge and use my phone till today. I found that my battery phone still drain. Do the samsung staff really change my battery to a new one or they just use some old used battery phone. I really devastated. Fyi, i charged my phone till 85%. After i used i for about 3 and hour. It goes down to 36% real fast. Im frustrated if Samsung not give me a proper battery replacement service. Fyi from 85% to 36% I didn't play a single mobile game.

Your phone is still learning the usage pattern since it needs to adapt to the new battery installed. Give it some time to calibrate and show the real percentage of the battery capacity. Just use your device normally and let it complete around 3 or more full charge cycles.

Regarding the 5% of battery percentage displayed after it is installed on your device, it's okay no need to worry.

Hey its me again. Its been 5 days after battery replacement. And the battery still drain.... What should i do

may i know how much is your Screen on Time (SOT) currently? you can obtain it from here:

settings > battery and device care > battery > (click the graph) > (there are stated Screen on and off time)

Thank you nazz. But now i only charge until 85% (cos i enable the battery optimizer setting to prolong battery health). Or should i charge until 100%?
