I had terrible battery before the update too but this is bad. 
Battery was replaced back in November by Samsung. I never had this phone last more than a day.

Try to remove Gemini. This AI watchdog uses battery life to monitor everything you do on your phone and relay this info back to the mothership Google.
I saved 10% battery by doing this. If you enjoy Google AI, then it comes at a cost.

We're sorry to hear you're still encountering battery concerns, especially after a battery replacement. Please try the below steps to improve battery life.

Adaptive Battery
Go to Settings > Battery > More battery settings and ensure Adaptive battery is turned on. It limits battery usage for infrequently used apps.

Sleep Unused Apps
Under Battery > Background usage limits, use Put unused apps to sleep and manually add apps you don’t use often.

Screen Settings. Use Dark mode (which you already are). Reduce brightness and set screen timeout to 30 seconds or 1 minute.

Limit High Refresh Rate
Try setting the refresh rate to Standard (60Hz) temporarily to see if it improves longevity.

Run Diagnostics
In the Samsung Members app, go to Support > Phone diagnostics > Battery to ensure hardware and software are functioning properly.

Also, as adviced by Sonofsam, please remove Google Gemini and see if it helps to improve the battery life. If enabled, it may indeed impact battery life by running in the background and syncing data to enhance user assistance features.
