Galaxy SBut I just found it doesn't work very well.
I'm not sure if switching off the system wide battery optimization disables it for each app. I'm pretty sure it doesn't, because I still have certain apps I changed the settings for specifically.
But you should definitely turn it off for a few apps you don't want killed randomly. Mine is turned off for things like, VPNs, adguard, syncthing, just apps I generally need to always be running.
