Battery Replacement

Hi, everyone!:

The battery life of my S21 Ultra has been degrading dramatically in the last weeks, but it's kind of normal after 4 years of usage.

The thing is I went to the samsung store and mobile klinic in metrotown (Vancouver) looking for a replacement, and they told me it was not possible to do it since my phone is not canadian.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Could anyone recommend me a reliable repair service around Vancouver to do this?

There are a few places that will do it. In Surrey you can get it done, and some advertise they'll do it while you wait.

You could also do it yourself. Not terribly difficult

We are sorry to hear this from you. Unfortunately, as it is a Non Canadian device and due to unavailability of the parts the Samsung Authorized service center in Canada may or may not repair it.

Try charging it at a slower speed, the not super fast charging for a charge or 2
