I just bought samsumg galaxy s20 fe 5g and have done all the necesary settings to save battery life but yet still, the battery last less than a day. Just bought it 4 day ago. In chile santiago. Moreover is on fast charging but it does not charge fast. Am a fun of samsung and all my family though, and this battery problmes we facing using samsung buuu to me SAMSUNG HAS TO DO SOMETHING FAST. AM GETTING BORED. Feel like returning the phone and go for another phone else. Regards Ezel.
De acuerdo al inconveniente que presenta con la batería, le sugerimos realizar un restablecimiento a valores de fábrica, ingresando desde Ajustes> Administración General> Restablecer.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: Recuerda realizar antes un respaldo de tus datos en el dispositivo y eliminar las cuentas, una vez realizado el restablecimiento, volver a iniciar sesión con tus cuentas.
