I had a Bixby Routine set up on my S20 FE that would lower the volume when I played a game. I had the condition set up as an app opening and then added games to the list. After I exited a game, the volume would return to what it was before.
Just got a S23 Ultra and the routine wouldn't end after exiting a game. I deleted the routine, rebuilt it, still didn't work. I created a different routine with the starting condition as the generic 'a game is being played' and it still didn't work. I cleared the Bixby Routine app cache and info, uninstalled it, re installed it, still doesn't work.
Any ideas why the routine doesn't quit after the game is closed?
Hi, have you tried to reset the Bixby completely and try again?
To reset Bixby, navigate to and open Settings. Tap Apps, and then swipe to and select Bixby Voice. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear data. Tap OK to confirm, but remember, all your previous Bixby data will be reset. Next, tap Clear cache to completely refresh Bixby.
