Hello,
I have been using the S24 Ultra for the past eight months and have encountered a persistent Bluetooth issue for the last four months.
When I connect my truly wireless earphones, the audio quality is muffled, and sounds as if it is underwater. The only way to resolve this issue is to restart the phone. I have attempted to adjust various audio settings to find a permanent solution, but the problem persists.
Initially, I suspected that the issue was with the earbuds, so I tried a different pair. However, the problem persisted, indicating that the issue lies with the phone. The phone recognizes the earbuds but does not allow me to adjust the volume.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if there is a known solution or if further diagnostics are required.

As advised above, please perform Resetting your network settings and reconnect the Bluetooth device.
- Open Settings and then tap General management.
- Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.
- Tap Reset settings. You will prompted to enter your PIN or password to continue if you have one set.
- Finally, tap Reset. You can now test your mobile connection.
If possible please restart both the phone and the Bluetooth device and check if it fixes the problem.

The problem persists. My phone continues to believe I am in a call after I have ended it, causing the earbuds to detect and produce call volume.
