Bluetooth Earphones - Only Right Ear is working

Been using Razer Bluetooth & USB-C dongle receiver on my Samsung S22+ since Nov of last with no issues. This January I've experienced issues wherein only the Right Ear is working or has audio. 

I did connect the earphones to other phones like Xiaomi and Apple and it was working fine. I used a different bluetooth earphone like Sony and JBL on my Samsung S22+ and still same issue. 

Anyone else experience the same issue? 
How did you fix it?

Try turning Bluetooth off and on.

Already did, restarted, unpaired and paired the devices as well

I did this during the updatwle, right now there isn't any. I did restart my device today as well, still same issue
