Blur in video on my s23 ultra.

I took this screenshot from video because I notice this blur in the spot on the video that just stays in there. I noticed it is probably from the little crack on my main lense camera. But any thoughts? Other thing, if I would like to have my mainlense camera fix how much will it be? And how?

And also this capture. When it is dark and there is source of light. It keeps making a shape like that, but only on my main lense.

Could it be possible that the protective screen film that came on the phone may have left behind a fingerprint reflection when removed or when the phone was shaken during video taking? I would also recommend having the phone checked out by a certified Samsung Electronics Repair Shop where they could try to diagnose what is causing the issue.
