Blurry Screen Shots

Why are screen shots blurry when I text?  Solution?

He mentioned that it is same blurry photo in gallery too! it is not related to MMS/SMS size cap.

Most comment that it is just fine in photo gallery.

This is not correct either.  I have not changed carriers (TMobile) and it just started happening to mine after a phone software upgrade.  This is very important to be fixed quickly or I'll have to get a new phone, or return to an older one.
