After a while, Samsung still ignoring our issues regarding the green line. Some of the so called experts said that it is due to our fault for not updating in the right way(knox whatsoever). This ridiculous. Samsung should never advertise or even push the idea of 7 years major OS updates if the monthly security update can cause hardware damage. Regardless of cause, Samsung should be held accountable of this poor issue management. Mine also got green line on my Tab S8 plus and asked to pay RM 1.1k for the screen and RM 80-200 for labor cost, for the damage that Samsung done. Overheat? Never. But, I still suffered the same issue. Hopefully my S24 will never have this issue. Maybe, this will be the last time a buy Samsung product. I call all of the Samsung user to stop buying from Samsung until they take this issue seriously( free replacement as this is not users fault).

correct. I hope my Galaxy A55 will at least last 2 whole year before having its OLED deficiency symptoms.

Right. I also hope that my S24 can last for four years before I got any lightsaber(green line), even there is green line issue om S23 series recently

I understand your frustration, and it's disappointing to see such issues go unresolved. Samsung should definitely take responsibility if the problem is widespread and not due to user error. Hopefully, they will acknowledge this and provide a fair resolution. Your feedback is important, and if enough users raise their concerns, it might push Samsung to address the issue properly. green line just hits my s21 ultra. i have so many phones, premium or cheap. i have many other brands too. am pondering to get s25 ultra but no, no more samsung for its unique ireitating green line!

just migrate to other brand. not iphone because apple is samsung largest customer. funny how flagship series only have this issue. my last a51 is still good and solid
