Hey Everyone 

I have been seeing issue after the recent update. I am attaching video for reference. It's so annoying. I called support and they are asking to reset it.

When he scroll down from top, the menu/Notifications don't stay there, he have to redo ans redo etc

After recent update, try go to recovery mode and do the Wipe Cache Partition:

- Power off your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode
- use vol up and down to navigate
- select Wipe Cache Partition
- press power key to confirm
- click yes
- click reboot system
