You went to Settings > Apps > Libre 2 > Scrolled down to Storage & Cleared Both Cache & Data & Reboot?

You could also try Resetting the Network Settings & Reboot.

Clearing Cache & Data for an app shouldn't have any effect on NFC.

Mine too Libre app keeps crashing with NFC not working.

Clearing that data meant I had to sign in and scan the sensor, which did work. Scanning the sensor a second time resulted in the app crashing, but at least it paired with the sensor and I have readings again. I will have to see when I replace the sensor if this works again.

It is reassuring to know that clearing the app data allowed you to successfully sign in and pair with the sensor, thereby restoring access to readings. However, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the app crashing upon the second scan attempt.

We recommend monitoring the app’s performance during your next sensor replacement to determine whether the issue persists. Should the problem recur, please reach out to the community for further help.

I have updated in another forum, might as well update this one.

I have reliably managed to replace the sensor and it's working fine. The app still crashes, but something has changed. As soon as it crashed, I got a prompt to clear the cache and restart the app. It didn't solve the crashing issue, but did indicate something has changed.

I did report the issue using the Samsung Members app with diagnostic logs after a failed NFC scan. I also managed to contact Abbott Customer Care who are aware of the issue and are working on it.

First, the problem is with NFC being stopped. It can be restarted by going into "Settings", "Connections", turning NFC off, waiting a few seconds and then turning it back on.

You can get one scan from the app (it will still crash, but it does retrieve the data), probably because NFC stops immediately after.

If you leave the phone near the sensor, it will try a second scan which fails, and the app crashes again, so you need to be quick.

I have the S24 with libre 2, with same problems.

I just activated a new sensor by switching of all wallets in the nfc and cleared the cache memory in the librelink app, did a restart of the phone. After the restart I could activate the new sensor.

Activate the google wallet again. In the nfc settings.

Hope this is a work around for you.
