Bug with AOD

Hi, the always on display feature is not working on S24 Ultra, even when power saving mode is off! Whenever I close my phone with side power off button instead of always on display screen is shows only black screen. Moreover, the always on display feature turn off automatically when I off my phone. So, please help me to get rid off from this glitch with an new update.

Check Settings -> Lock screen and AOD -> Always on display -> When to show

Have you choose Auto or Always? If tap to show, is always turn off until you tap on screen.

Yes, also tried steps given by samsung support like clear all cache from phone but still not work. I have a short clip that what's going on? Maybe samsung must give new update to aod app to galaxy store

I have something similar happen to mine. Whenever my phone uses a mode or routine involving AOD, for some reason, it becomes disabled afterward.
