No updates were done. No apps were downloaded or given permissions and last night I noticed the calendar was empty. ALL my apts, medical history apts and baby milestones are missing 😞
Sync is not working and I cannot find the backed up data in Samsung cloud. Is there a way to retrieve this or restore the info to a previous date?
when did you first notice all your events were missing? By any chance did you restart your phone or did the calendar have an update? Also is this your calendar attached to your Samsung account or possibly another email account? Any additional information will be helpful
Did you check under the settings, manage calander, that the ones you wanted weren't just disabled? I had that happen once and weny in and switched them on again.
hopefully it's something like that and it was just not displaying.
Hey @mjeralyn! As @Ashley said, could you try to check if you have enabled all the calendars please? From Calendars app, tap on three dots located in the top right corner, tap on Manage calendar. Thanks!
When I restored all backed up data (from factory reset), my calendar data remains missing. I remember entering a PIN prior to reset where my S9 backed up everything. Now I have most of my data except a lot in gallery and no calendar was retrieved... I got my retrieval from my Samsung & cloud / drive... any ideas whether it backed up to my SD card... I can't seem to locate it.... my life's suddenly a clean slate!
