Are these settings correct? Calendar used to show Day Light Savings time, but now it doesn't

It's better to keep off of the "lock time zone" so that the system can adjust the time zone automatically when you travel around the world.
By the way, the calendar adapts system timer which automatically adjusts Day Light Saving time.
