Just to confirm, have you tried to run the diagnostics for the Camera using Samsung members app?
Open the Samsung Members app and Click on Support >> Diagnostics and run the Diagnostics for the Camera app.
Also, please check the your Camera access setting.
The Camera may not work if hasn't been given the correct permissions. Navigate to and open your phone's Settings, then tap Security and privacy. Tap Privacy, and then tap the switch next to "Camera access" to turn it on.
