Camera pro mode not working

So i've had my s7 edge for a while now and i don't really use the camera often but i was curious and opened the pro mode on my camera app but it all i get is a black screen but when i switch it back to auto, it works as if nothing was wrong. Please help if anyone knows or has had this happen to them. Thanks

Raise the exposure. Right now, it is in 1/24000, but try it in auto.

but also what is the one that i cant change, the +/- one and why cant i change it

I don't know what that does, but you can only change it with the exposure set to auto

Set the shutter speed to auto then you will be able to change the exposure settings (the +/- button).
