My Camera Does not scan bar codes?

What can I do to fix this!!

Have you installed an app that recognizes bar codes??

I have never tried it without an app but could be your problem.

I installed a Lotto Manager App.
it used to scan bar codes 9n the lottery tickets without the any bar code scanner App.

Maybe it's the Lotto Manager App that's not working. but I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still not working.
oh well.

Did you reboot your phone after uninstalling the app before reinstalling??
