I can't open email attachment. When I clic open or save download start and stuck at 0%. I do have pdf reader app. If I restart phone close all app then I can upload attachment one time only.
Hey @Francois75, the first thing I would normally suggest is ensuring you have a pdf viewer on your phone. However, since you already have that, try removing your email account and adding it back again. Go to the Apps icon > Tap on Accounts > Select your email account that you want to remove > Tap on MORE > and finally tap on Remove Account. If this doesn't work then a final suggestion would be to back up your data and to perform a factory reset on the device.
