can't send text messages

I can't send a text message to a certain person on my phone and they are not blocked... it won't send any messages but I can recoeve theirs

Hey @Jdubz1380,

If there is only one contact you're unable to send any text messages to, the problem very likely your network provider and not your device. Please contact your network operator for service status updates.

Also check:

• The app version is running on the latest software and the phone software settings are up-to-date.
• Can you try your SIM in another device? 
• Do you have good network coverage?

I'm with Roger's, yes one contact. I'm in Windsor Ontario Canada... now my messenger isn't working for some reason
