Can we cancel our trade in order?

Hi Guys,
 I love my S21 Ultra which is in great condition and traded in for S25U just because I got a good trade in value and this is my first time pre order.But if in any case Samsung decrease the trade in value of my phone can we return S25 Ultra to get my phone back? Does it works like that? Did anyone have any experience in this? What if we already unboxed new phone? Can we still return? I hope everything goes well for me, very excited for my new phone.

Yes, when order was placed they didn't change and my question is after I sent my mobile to Samsung and received S25U can I still cancel and reverse it or not? Means request my phone back and return the new phone.

No, you can't. But even when you give them the phone, they are unable to change the final trade-in price (unless your phone doesn't work), as that would be against consumer protection laws in Canada.

Thank you for your pre-order and for sharing your excitement! We completely understand your concerns regarding the trade-in process.

If you decide, after you make your purchase, that you no longer want to trade in your used device, you may keep it. However, if you do not send in your trade-in device to complete the trade-in, Samsung will charge you the full amount of the Trade-In Value, and any applicable promotional trade-in credit, that was applied to the purchase of your new Samsung product, plus applicable taxes. This charge will be processed after the trade-in offer expiry date passes. It is not possible to cancel a trade-in offer prior to this expiry date.

Thank you for the information. But my question is after I sent my device and Samsung lowered the trade in value can I cancel? Because at that point of time my phone is with Samsung team and I have S25U with me. So, can I cancel and request my phone back and return the S25U?

Samsung does not lower trade-in value, but the 3rd party assurant will try to scam by telling consumers that there are scratches or dead pixels on the phone. Make sure to take videos of everything below
phone body,
remove accounts and factory reset( turn on the phone, it should open set up screen)
packing your phone and while weighing at fedex locations.

keep all those videos until you get confirmation for your 6 in case any issues, reach out to Samsung support, and tell them you have a video proof.

Would it be out of place for me to say, as long as you were 100% truthful about the condition of your phone. There should be no problem. I took pictures of my trade phone and included with the returned photo with a note saying mint condition verified.
