Really August 1 it's almost end of September if they had to repackage update because of fix how hard could it really of been to include September patch?

They didn't repackage shiit. This is the same old update spotted back in August and released just now SOOOOOO long later.

Ultra has CXI1 which just got spotted that's why they didn't release for Ultra yet
