I am so pissed off at samsung, I placed my order, which including the free galaxy bud fe, when I checked out the order the bud was removed saying out if stock, not too long after it shows in-stock any way I didn't take it as a big deal since I am more interested in the phone. After 24hours of waiting for the order to show approval samsung cancel order, saying to make sure my billing information isn't correct etc. My information is all correct and I contact the bank as well, and they said it was approved. Yet the samsung is saying it wasn't approved. I usually get my phone at store, I just haven't to the store so I decided to get it online and this *** happened. I usually don't say anything rude or mean but this is truly too much and I had similar yet slightly different situation like this before and now again. It's really upsetting as to why they say it cancel and all what not when it was approved.

This is very upsetting and for those of us looking forward to trying in the future.

Definitely a billing, database, and warehousing glitch/FCK-up!

Being a former apple user so manylong timefanshate on their online business creator and lead from 1985! But with only a few siteo outages (many planned after product announcement the site is down on ourpisewhile updating), those users THINK their suffering.

Not once have I heard read, nor experienced such an ordering , billing and cancelation since 1999.
What I wxpeeiemce there in this exact situation is:
2 products ordered, during ordering stock is out on 1 product.
Billing system auto updates and PROMPTS the client/customer this:
Product x is out of stock do you wish to still order and we'll notify you in 15 days and ship when in stock. You can cancel this product to without any cost to you, you will NOT be charged Until item(s) ship (ans charged AFTER shipping when in stock)
- product database is updated and product 2 that was our of stick is HELD until user cancels before shipping (which occurs 24hrs after stock condimesrion and notification- in THAT order- completes.
My personal experience I got 2 of the secondary product - I sweat this is Apple's way of "good faith" and keeping the customer.
Products I received duplicate of:
Apple TrackPad 2 in limited Space Grey with matching braided cable.
Apple Watch braided solo loop limited edition Black History Month 2023
Respective Canadian retail values are
$249.99 & $89.99 !
Not too expensive but not cheap! Shipping for all products in stock took 4 days, the out of stock items mentioned took 10 days (restock and shipping times).

Samsung Needs either:
Better Fata analysts & researchers,
Better online sales retail billing system and process NEEDs to be overhauled = not billed until notification sent, 24hrs clock passed and the item has been picked up and shipped aftwr 2hrs on route to predetermined by customer shipping address!

Better database warehousing if item is less than 25 in stock every and ALL customers should SEE a red easily read and seen text for said item low in stock with warning.
Warehousing to know EXACTLY when each warehouse will receive new stock from vendor and tracking by contracted partners

Get it together Samsung.
1 Day = 10% discount on ALL items for the inconvenience and reimbursed to account charged in 48hrs!
5 days ans at NO Fault of Customer nor their card issuer or bank (visa and Mastercard already has these assurances either insurance to users ans bigger ones to corporations like Samsung!
30 days! Again no fault of customer, bank, nor payment issuer or method - customer SHOULD get 50% minimum for waiting for resolution!
Customers work HARD for their hard earned dollar and many live cheque's to cheque's and cannot have funds earmarked to be taken from them and have to pull from transportation emergency funds or food or rent/mortgages.

Samsung you have over $60 Billion dollars in LIQUID CASH! THATS CASH CAN BE USED FOR ANYTHING IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS!

Get your act together on this on a Global scale!!
Earn EVERY customers faith trust ans DOLLAR they entrust to your products services and shipping billing and data warehouse business to operate properly!!

Hi, thank you,
I have already contacted samsung, the most they can see is something with the billing address, even though it's correct. And as a suggestion I was told I can place the order again, however I am not interested as I don't the same thing to happen again, I rather go to the store.
