unless you have a designated third party app to add your house access card and use the NFC feature, no.

For security reasons, AOSP blocked app that can simulate a NFC card. That's why you need root access.
Unless your door access's manufacturer premium enough to get Samsung/Google wallet integration, which is come with a price.
