Hey, idk if it's normal or needs fixing but the charging speed on my S24+ changes from "super fast" to "fast". I understand if it reaches 80% or above just like what other phones do, but at 30%?

Anyway, reconnecting the charger brings back the super fast charging. Also, I didn't noticed this behavior on my Tab S7. So yeah, what you guys think? 🫠

what think that super fast charger is useless, i turn off super fast charging and it only took about 1 hour 4 mins or 64 mins from 31% to 80%, while super fast charging took 45 mins? only about 19 mins difference? i prefer keep turn off my fast charging feature, losing 19 mins of my life doing something else is good

Personally I think the transition of Superfast to Fast, is more on the device heating up if being charged and in use at the time.

Even if it is not being used, older devices tend to heat up especially when using super fast charging capabilities.

so you having to unplug the cable for a few seconds, it would somewhat cool the device down and the moment you plug the charger back in, super fast charging kicks in again.

45w charging stops at a certain point, maybe percentage or temparature and also if you are using the phone while charging, its a sefety feature so that the battery does not get fried, if you want to mentain 45w charging make sure the phone and charger is at a very cool place and you are not useing the phone , the 45w its not constant
