Closing all open apps

Ive just got an S22 and think ive set it up wrong.

on the home screen i have a solid line at the bottom which doesnt seem to want to cooperate when im trying to close open apps, my daughter has the same phone and said she has  a different set up on her home screen, i hope this makes sense as i find it difficult to close apps

Go to Settings > Display & Scroll down to Navigation Bar & Check to see what your Settings are for the Navigation Bar, ie: Gestures or "Buttons", and also check to see if you have "Recents" selected. You need to have Recents selected in order to get the "Close All" option.

The arrows point to the "Recents" Button / / Gesture.

The bar at the bottom is probably that you have gesture hints enabled in navigation bar settings.

Hi, the bar which your'e talking to is The Navigation bar is the menu that appears on the bottom of your screen.

You can customize the layout and button order.
