Color palette

Did you notice that the preview on applying color palette is not changing on the color you chose?

Also, when you change color palette, icons color revert to its original color.

Try doing a CLEAR DATA CACHE via the settings, and/or performing a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION after installing a software update to rid of obsolete software files and avoid unwanted performance issues/bugs. Thanks, already performed a factory reset when it occured but its ok not a big issue. Can be solved via software update soon :)
