Contacts sync issues

I am not sure what happened yet now of my coctacks are syning. I clicked sync now and nothing happens. Last sync was in may.

Where do you have your Contacts stored, SIM, Device, or Samsung or Google account?

If you have them stored to the SIM or Device, I don't think that they can be synced? 

I always store my Contacts to my Google account, which are always synced & available on any device using the same Google account.

The majority of my contacts are outlook, sync is on for, samsung accout (may was last synced) the rest are split between my two Microsoft accounts, i use outlook as my main email client and for contacts

Hi Stedmister, please open phone Settings > Applications > Outlook > Make sure Contacts is enabled. Then open the Outlook app and go to Settings > tap on your account > tap Sync Contacts.
