I am saddened by the issues plaguing the company's supply of parts, it's sad to see this happening, i have spoken with other repair shops, they all have the same issue, no parts available, why is this going on?
You would think that such a multi national company would be able to supply parts for it's multitude of devices especially if there under one year old, we all know accidents happen, example i have one client who was in a bad car accident he made it out with just a broken arm & a busted s23 screen, i teied to get rhe screen from Samsung, it's not available, it's as if the company limited it's production of spare Parts on purpose to boost the sales of new devices, i will say like my clients say, money dosent grow on trees especially with the income situation facing many people, i find that the company has let down plenty of customers over this issue, it's sad really, the support staff work hard to help clients but when even they can't get the part's it's not good, why is it that part's for new device's & others not so new are not available ?. I don't deal with Amazon or temu as rhe parts are not O.E.M . I ask that Samsung look into this supply & demand issue & return with a solution please.

Hi pirattemobille,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this situation and certainly understand how disappointing that must be for you.

Can you please let us know did you try checking in the Samsung Authorized service centers https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/service-center , SES stores (Yorkdale; Eaton Center; Sherway Garden),  Samsung Canada parts (https://www.samsungcanadaparts.com/).

It will be considered as a valuable feedback, we certainly prioritize streamlining parts availability and make these parts more accessible.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us the feedback regarding this issue.

I did all of that dear, nobody can get em, according to my sources the main warehouse only had a limited production run of part's numbering less than 1000 units, but the company isn't shy about selling there new devices all iver tue world with little to no part's for them. I need someone that's got a high enough position with in the company to push back & tell the manufacturing plant to produce more spare parts. Example, would you buy a new car knowing that replacement & spare parts will not be available if something happens.

"Example, would you buy a new car knowing that replacement & spare parts will not be available if something happens..."

you can purchase a new car and use its parts for replacement as needed...

my 2 cents.

The example wasn't made to be debated but rather to make a point, & no i wouldn't buy a new device just for part's, manufacturer's are expected to hold part's for There products for a certain amount of time. At the price of the entire device for a few parts is rather expensive compared to buying the part's needed because in my case at the amount of devices i would have to buy for the part's needed would be rediculus, i would pay over 2 grand per unit for a few hundred dollars in part's, it's not worth it. I am not looking to loose money. I don't have over 20 grand to invest in purchase seperate devices just for part's.
If i can find o.e.m part's from used devices fine no problem, but at the price of knew devices that would be the death of my operations, i am not a corporate store, but a single repair man that can fux almost anything including phones, when part's are available.
