After new December security update.

No issue for me. Have you wipe cache or boost your phone using galaxy app booster?

Yes. It is Samsung app.
In the past it known as Samsung galaxy labs
Now, it rename to good guardians.
You need to download below from apkmirror
1. Good guardians
2. Good guardians agent
3. Galaxy app booster
Here is the screenshot
After installed, open Good guardians.
Then you will see galaxy app booster.
Usually after upgraded the firmware or security patch, it will ask me to boost it, and for better performance it suggests boost once in a week too.
There are some other app module for Good guardians too as you can see from the screenshot. All download from apkmirror.
I use all for my s21+

Additional, if you want to wipe the cache then you need to plug in your USB cable to PC or laptop, boot into recovery mode and do the wipe cache

u may try connecting to another device using type C cable on both end.
worked for me to wipe cache partition.
