Bakit parang mas worst ang delivery this time for s24u. Last year for s23u sablay na ung iba.. and this time mas grabe. The samsung ph who emailed me doesn't bother replying sa inquiry ko.
Im not sure if ako lang yung naka experience.
Wala sa promised delivery and nag susuffer kami sa waiting game. We have errands and at least give definitive answer or mag update/reply sa inquiry namin.
You should have anticipated the pre order request hindi yung consumer ang mag aadjust.
And something fishy about sa mga naka kuha ng exclusive color mg s24u kasi as far as i csn remember(correct me if im wrong) is after feb 19 pa nila makukuha, pero meron ng nakatanggap neto? .
Paano ba marketing, packing and delivery nyo? Inimini lang..
Correct me sa ibang details if may mali ako. Especially sa exclusive colors and I am happy sa mga nakakuha na.. again dont get me wrong. Sana lang marunong kayo mag update samsung ph /samsung delivery partner
i ordered orange and ny samsung acct says 3 to 19 from jan 24 but then i also received an email na maybe feb 19 or earlier eh for trade in so ang hirap kc d ko alam when it will happen. i also ordered thrid party accessories thinking na andito na un phone by then so d ko alam if it will fit well or work well kc wala naman un unit
