Wait does the model have 998B? Your S21 Ultra for Canada should be 998W. That's why you're not receiving updates

I'm with Fido in Canada S21 ultra SM-G998U1. Don't think that it's a Canadian model number but received the Android security upgrade on October first so I know it is getting upgrades. Can't seem to get a straight answer from Samsung or Fido but have been told it is still coming?? I tried popping the sim out and upgrading it but that didn't work either. Read on line should be able to do a wireless upgrade with not sim.
