didnt think about it , front camera just freeze (S24 ultra)

hey samsung , 

what happen with you guys , i thought i can trust on you blindly but my phone's front camera suffering and it gone freeze , and i think i did try all most all kind of solutions but noting worked 

i did google many times and also asked for technician they just said throw this garbage 

but later i seen some of posts of few guys who suffering same issue in their phone but the issue didnt solve till date 

help us samsung cause i spent my earnings on it if there is no solution i will really throw this *** and never ever buy samsung also never recommend to my friends and relatives and other guys who asks me for buy a new phone 

is there any admin who can help me about it  ,

 shame on you guys , how you could do this and your service center they are just wow

there is no solution related to this issue , only replacement is the only way to fix this issue
