Hello Samsung Community,

On S24 Ultra I see I am unable to change the setting for switch to mobile data under intelligent wifi settings.
I want to get rid of auto mobile data connection but the action button is locked.

How could I make this change happen?

You can try Resetting the Network Settings.. see if that works for you?

You could also try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache, but I don't think that will fix the issue for you, but worth a try if Resetting Network Settings doesn't work.

Hi TheSherlock,

If you're having trouble changing the "Switch to mobile data" setting within Intelligent Wi-Fi on your Galaxy S24 Ultra, ensure that mobile data is enabled first. Then, navigate to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, tap the menu icon, select Intelligent Wi-Fi, and toggle the "Switch to mobile data" setting.

Clear Network Settings. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth settings. It often helps restore toggles that are stuck.

Also, can you please confirm if your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network when checking this setting?

Have you made any changes to Developer Options, VPNs, or installed third-party networking apps recently?
