📢 Disappointed in Samsung's Customer Service | S22 Ultra | Green line issue 📢

 I never thought I'd have to make a post like this, but my recent experience with Samsung has left me no choice. I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, and my current device is the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Recently, after performing a software update, a green line appeared on my screen out of nowhere. It seems like many Samsung users have been facing this issue, and yet Samsung’s response has been less than supportive.

After reaching out to Samsung, I was told that they would not replace the display free of charge because my device is "out of warranty." I am honestly baffled—Samsung promises 4+ years of software updates, but if these updates end up causing issues, shouldn’t they take responsibility? I didn’t expect a company as reputable as Samsung to push updates that end up damaging devices, only to turn around and charge customers a hefty fee for repairs.

 As a customer, I trusted Samsung to stand behind their products and support those of us who choose their brand. But this experience has made me question my loyalty. Is this really the kind of support we should expect from a global tech leader? 

It feels unfair and deeply disappointing. Samsung, please do better for your customers. We trust you with our hard-earned money, and in return, we deserve quality support when things go wrong, especially when the problem might be caused by your own software updates.

 If anyone else has faced similar issues with their Samsung devices, please share your experiences here. Maybe together we can bring about the change that Samsung's customers deserve.

My family using s22 and 22plus have the same issue and samsung service center quoted 300sgd to replace the screen

How long is the warranty? And after repair ,you facing any problems? Because I heard warranty for 1 month only?

No use one, I had the same issue. No warranty no talk. You bang table also no use. Ask me to pay $400 + to replace screen

Same issue am facing now. My s22 ultra got gree line on next to the front camera.
