Display screen problem

it's about 3months old ,brand new S21+,owned by my son..it only happened this morning as he couldn't turn on the display screen,just went dark..any idea what's wrong with the fone..he intends to bring to the Samsung shop tomorrow..int he meantime anyone got any ideas/opinions why it happened? much appreciate if can share..

done that..also went on to You Tube to see how a force restart could help..not the solution intended 😬

Oh ya i remember my phone screen has ghost touch issue but not s21+, the phone screen error at the keyboard key around N and B, and it goes away after time and comes back again

Lets hope for S22 and Z Fold 3 get a lot of screen issues so that Samsung will fix every phone with screen issues for us
