Dual eSIM and Physical SIM

Hi I have a S23 Ultra and Im trying to use an eSIM with a Physical SIM at the same time, but I can only have one activated at the time.

Yeah, I used to have two numbers with different companys, and I can used them at the same time, but now that one is eSIM I have to turn off the Physical SIM or the eSIM, I can only use one at the time.
But in the Samsung page says that I can have two Physicals or one Physical and one eSIM
