Dual whatsapp folder and media cannot be seen

Hi,

Since yesterday ,after accepting some new terms and conditions of Samsung, the dual whatsapp folder is missing and so not able to see the the videos and photos.

Even new photo, docs or videos cannot be downloaded in the chat of the dual whatsapp.

any idea how to fix this?

@RBJ73 I have been using this dual messenger on my S10+ for the last 2 year without any issues/problems pertaining to the one I just posted. Can you please explain in detail what is the so called 1st instruction that I didn't follow when signing up for my Whatsapp account?

Maybe you can use another option , ask the Gmail asst when you get that trouble ,because i don't use that model past year of your mentioned

Simple and easy, just verify everything on your gadgets when you want to download anything before use it by play store ,your email adress, current state , identity must be don't hidden etc. Wallah hu Alam
