Hi people,
Please is anyone else experiencing this with the dual whatsapp on s21 Ultra?

Can't download, send videos, pictures, Can't send voice notes too.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi BabaEtoks, did you try to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if that's working?

Hi, If it works fine with any other social media dual app then we suggest you to check with Whatsapp support to fix it.

Solved...

I had the same problem and managed to fix it. Here is what you need to do:

Using Samsung My Files ( or your preferred file explorer)

Browse to:
Internal storage (Dual Messenger) < Android < media < com.whatsApp

Then Rename this folder : com.whatsApp to any different name , say: com.whatsApp.old

Then locate this folder:

Internal storage < DualApp <Android < media <com.whatsapp

Copy this folder com.whatsapp to this location :
Internal storage (Dual Messenger) < Android < media

This should solve the problem.

Please  note that there are 2 different Internal storage locations:
Internal storage (Dual Messenger)
And
Internal storage

Good luck
