Hey Guys I bought my S21 Ultra on pre-sale and I received it yesterday. ( S21 Ultra + Buds Pro + Tag + Extended Warranty offer )

I could register everything, but when I went to Upload my invoice to register my S21 Ultra, I got the message DUMMY MODEL? Whaaaaat

Check your Samsung account carefully to see if it is already registered

If you bought your phone straight from Samsung it should be registered automatically so maybe happening if you are trying to register it the second time

@ray2 Indeed it was already registered. I was just selecting the purchase date and attaching my invoice, these info weren't selected by default.Then I got that message

I am pretty sure that whatever is on the registration is what they will go by so uploading the receipt will not help to change the dates or anything. It should show registered within a couple of days from when you received the phone so shouldn't be a big deal in the long run

You could contact Samsung to see if they might change things if it really bothers you

Guys just to make sure, lemme know if your phones came with 2 screen protectors over it. Just for checking purposes.
